3. Listing a business
- You may list a business for free.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
- We reserve the right to remove or modify any inaccurate listing.
4. Claims and verification
A Verified badge is granted only after manual review of a claim by our team.
5. Premium subscriptions
- Premium services are activated only when a subscription is active.
- Premium features remain visible for the duration of the subscription.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including submitting false information or claiming businesses you do not own.
7. Intellectual property
The Linked Afrika name, brand, and platform are our property. Submitted content remains the property of its respective owners.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of information.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months.
